Who is Miss Rodeo Wyoming?
Miss Rodeo Wyoming symbolizes the youth of our state who wish to further promote the sport of professional rodeo and the great western way of life.  Miss Rodeo Wyoming is the ideal western-type American girl who represents her state, believes in our western heritage and works hard in promoting these values during her travels. While spreading good will for her community, her state and the sport of rodeo, Miss Rodeo Wyoming garners experiences that lay a solid foundation for her future. 

The Miss Rodeo Wyoming Association...
The Miss Rodeo Wyoming Association was formed in 1977.  The objective of the Association is to support, promote and guide the lady who reigns as Miss Rodeo Wyoming.  The Association assists Miss Rodeo Wyoming in organizing a coronation benefit held in the hometown of each Miss Rodeo Wyoming to raise funds for her reigning year.  A clinic for young ladies interested in rodeo queen competitions is also conducted by the Association.  The coronation, clinic, and miscellaneous fund raisers conducted by the Association and sponsorship donations fund travel, wardrobe, and expenses for Miss Rodeo Wyoming.  A scholarship fund has been established and each queen is awarded a scholarship upon the completion of her reign. 

Mission Statement
To provide a quality Miss Rodeo Wyoming competition where contestants, spectators and the membership are enriched. Selecting an Ambassador of Good Will and Integrity who will promote the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association and our Western Heritage throughout Wyoming. Providing "Miss Rodeo Wyoming" an Association which will support and promote all aspects of her reign and preparations for the Miss Rodeo America competition.

FORMAL COMPLAINT/GRIEVANCE PROCESS
Any complaint that is filed in regard to Miss Rodeo Wyoming pageant operations or issues must adhere to the following.

a. All complaints/grievances must be submitted in writing.
b. All complaints/grievances shall be filed within 7 (seven) days of when the significant issue is known or should have been known.
c. All complaints/grievances must be submitted with a $50 processing fee. If the grievance is substantiated the $50 fee will be refunded.
d. Complaints must include the name, address and daytime phone number of the person filing the complaint.
e. The complaint should include as much detail about the subject as possible in order for appropriate action to be taken.
f. Complaints may be submitted to the MRWA president and/or National Director (see address in front of rulebook or on website).
g. Complaints must be signed and dated.
h. If a response to the complaint is desired, the letter must indicate so.
i. All involved parties will be notified about the complaint and given the opportunity to provide a response.
j. Any complaints that do not follow the above process will be classified as invalid.
k. All complaints will be reviewed by the Executive Committee. Research and information will be gathered about the situation. Involved parties will be notified about the complaint and given the opportunity to provide a response. The Executive Committee will vote and determine any necessary action to be taken.
